Do you struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, or unstable moods?


Using my counseling and yoga background as well as my own personal experience with anxiety and depression, I offer private or semi-private sessions using traditional yoga tools to manage and regulate emotions. A yoga practice can counter the mounting fear, anxiety, and tension in our world and yoga has proven to be an effective treatment for trauma recovery.

Together we will work to create your personal “prescription” to live life with more focus, self-compassion, and a greater sense of resiliency and agency. These sessions may include:

Breathing practices (pranayama)

Easy postures & movement practices suitable for beginners (asana)

Guided meditations that can lift the mood (yoga nidra, bhavana)

Development of personal affirmations & intentions, goal-setting (sankalpa)

Universal sounds and tones to regulate emotions (mantras)

Hand gestures to help bring focus and direction (mudras)

I am in collaboration with W Collective Integrated Health, a holistic counseling and wellness center in OKC. Together, we offer talk therapy, private yoga therapy, and workshops/events geared towards living life with more peace and connection.
